摘要
目的 分析了解形成主动脉血管中脉弓处的管壁厚度差异的力学原因以及不同血管中血压与管壁厚度和弹性之间的关系。方法 在各向同性圆柱管模型中引入弯曲液面下的Laplace方程,根据方程对研究对象进行受力分析。结果 由Laplace方程通过计算得到一系列力学数据,并根据计算结果给出研究对象的合理解释。结论 弯曲液面下的Laplace方程可以在相应模型下对人体血管某些物理特征给出较好的解释。
Objective To explore the factors that affect the thickness at curled vessels in arteries and the relationship between the blood pressure and the thickness in different vessels. Methods The subjects investigated were analyzed with the incurvate liquid surface Laplace Equation under the appropriate models. Results A series of mechanical data were obtained by solving the Laplace Equation for giving reasonable explanation in respect of the solution. Conclusion The incurvate liquid surface Laplace Equation can give the logical explanation for somephysical characters of vessels in human under the corresponding models.
