摘要
采用均匀试验设计方法,利用MRH-3型摩擦磨损试验机及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对火焰喷涂尼龙1010/石墨复合涂层的干摩擦磨损性能及磨损机理进行了研究,并利用SPSS统计软件对实验结果进行了回归分析,得到了该涂层的干摩擦系数及磨损量与PV(载荷与速度之积)值之间的数学模型.实验结果表明:该涂层的干摩擦系数在实验速度(0.39~0.90m/s)及实验载荷(100~350N)范围内,摩擦系数为0.350~0.372;涂层在实验时间(20min)内,磨损量为1.8~7.4mg.涂层的摩擦磨损机制主要为塑性变形和疲劳磨损.
The properties of resistance to dry friction and wear behavior of flame sprayed nylon1010/graphite composite coatings were studied by MRH-3 wear-test machine and uniform design method. And the statistics of regression analysis of the experimental results were done by SPSS 11.0 for Windows. The dry friction coefficient between coating and steel increases with the increasement of the PV volume, but when the PV volume is been increased more, the dry friction coefficient decrease. The results showed that graphite which was covered with coupling agent could better the wear resistance.The wear mechanisms of the composite coating were explained in terms of plastic deformation and fatigue tearing.
