研究出一种高耐腐蚀无镍中温磷化工艺,对自制表调剂的成分、制备方法及磷化液中各组分对磷化膜性能的影响进行了讨论。

A phosphating process with corrosion resistance and nickel free was developed. The components and preparation method of a new type surface conditioning agent and the effect of component in phosphating solution on the properties of phosphating coating were discussed.
