糖尿病患者心理健康状况调查与心理护理探讨

Study on psychological health conditions of diabetic and psychonursing.

目的:了解糖尿病患者心理状态,为制定相应的治疗和护理措施提供依据。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行问卷调查,评定一周以来258名糖尿病患者和258名非糖尿患者的心理问题。结果:观察组与对照组之间比较总症状因子分、躯体化因子分、忧郁因子分、恐惧因子分、人际关系因子分和焦虑因子分P<0.01,偏执因子分P<0.05;DM-I与DM-II之间,躯体化因子分、焦虑因子分和敌对性因子分P<0.05,忧郁因子分和恐惧因子分两者均较高,但没有统计学意义。结论:糖尿病患者存在较严重的心理问题,加强针对性心理治疗和护理十分必要。

Objective： To learn psychological health conditions of diabetic and provide the theoretic basis for treatment and nursing. Methods： A household questionnaire survey was conducted to 258 diabetic and 258 non - diabetic patients with Symptom Checklist 90, and then calculated factors score within one week. Results： total factor scores of all symptom, depressing and fear factors, interpersonal relating factors and anxious factors in observation group, compared with observation group, were remarkable （ P 〈 0. 01 ） and so was bias opinionated factors （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. For type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ diabetes, physical factors, anxious factors and antagonistic factors were remarkable （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： diabetic are not healthy in psychology, so treatment and nursing should focus on psychotherapy.
