利培酮治疗精神分裂症副作用观察及护理

Observation on side reaction of risperidone and nursing in the treatment of schizophrenosis.

目的:观察利培酮治疗精神分裂症的副作用,并探讨其护理对策.方法:对126例服用利培酮8周的精神分裂症患者,观察药物反应出现的频率及出现时间.结果:利培酮治疗精神分裂症的主要副作用为静坐不能、震颤、恶心呕吐、口干、兴奋激越、失眠、血压变化等.副作用多出现在治疗后1～4周,5周后明显减少.结论:在完成基础护理的同时,对利培酮的药物治疗护理应侧重于早期的失眠和兴奋刺激行为的护理,随着用药剂量的增加,应注意其锥体外系和心血管系副作用的观察和护理.

Objective： To observe the side reaction of risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenosis in order to find appropriate nursing, Methods： Observing the frequency and appearing time of side reaction on 126 cases who took risperidone for 8 weeks. Results： The main side reactions were akathisia, tremor, nausea, vomiting and insomnia, etc, The side reaction appeared almost from 1 st to 4th week after the treatment and attenuated since 5 th week. Conclusion： Nursing for schizophreniac should focus on insomnia and irritability in early stage of the treatment and on side reaction in extropyramidal and cardiovascular systems with dosage increased.
