联想收购IBM的PC业务,丁CL和阿尔卡特分手、明基收购西门子手机业务——中国企业正在掀起新一轮的国际化的高潮。然而并购结局的不尽如人意使一幕幕热闹的场景失色,并且给进行得如火如茶的海外并购设置了不小的障碍。不少走出去的企业正在模索尝试,希望能够找到一个对自己企业来说更为有效的路径。品牌管理、人员管理、文化融合成为企业需要首先面对的问题。
Lenovo acquired PC sector of IBM.TCL departed with Alcatel. BenQ acquired Siemens cell phone sector. Chinese enterprises brought a new upsurge of globalization. However, the unsatisfactory outcomes of some of these acquisitions dampened the colorful scene, and made a huge blockade for the heated overseas acquisitions. Not few enterprises trying to enter international market are exploring for a more effecfive path for themselves. Brand management, HR management, and cultural integration become the first several problems faced by them.
