试析前秦民族政策的心理环境渊源

An analysis of the psychological origin of the Earlier Qin's ethnic policies

有关前秦的民族政策,史学界已有不同的看法。但探寻其民族政策渊源的文章却很少。本文认为,前秦民族政策的产生除了受其特殊的政治因素影响之外,肯定还受其民族心理的影响。而其民族心理的产生是氐族长期所处环境、生存状况及其成长经历共同作用的结果,而它正是前秦民族政策产生的心理环境渊源。

Opinions differ in the history circle concerning the ethnic policies of the earlier Qin period.This paper has probed into the psychological factors that influenced the ethnic policies in the earlier Qin period. It concluded that political factors and ethnic psychological factors owed much to the origin of ethnic policies.
