Private Finance: Indispensable in Financial System

在社会主义市场经济条件下,民间金融是金融体系不可或缺的重要组成部分,其运作有着正规金融所不具备的制度、信息、成本及速度等方面的优势。在我国改革开放的历史进程中,民间金融已经并仍将继续发挥积极作用。引导和支持民间金融发展,一要建立健全相关的法律法规,完善民间金融发展的法律制度环境;二要建立和完善民营金融机构,为民间金融发展提供组织保证;三要构建民间融资服务体系,改善民间金融发展的外部环境。

In socialist market economy, private financing is important and indispensable in its financial system, which has developed in particular ways with the definite advantages of system, information, cost, and speed over the official financial sectors. During the period of China＇s economic reform and openness, private financing has been having an impact on motivating the economic development. To guide and support the private finance, we firstly need to establish corresponding and sound laws and regulations, and effective legislation is needed to protect the private financing environment. Secondly, we need to establish and consummate private financial organizations, and give corresponding organizational support for the private financing development. Thirdly, we need to construct a service system for private finance, and improve the exterior environment of it.
