摘要
运用相关分析、Granger因果关系分析和协整分析方法对我国货币政策影响房地产市场的效应与时滞进行实证分析的结果表明,货币政策能够影响房地产投资和价格,货币供应量对房地产市场的影响比利率政策更为显著,货币政策对房地产市场的影响时滞为2个季度。
A practical analysis by using relevance analysis, Granger reason -result relationship analysis and analysis methods on the impact effect of China's monetary policy upon real estate market and time lag suggests that monetary policy has impact upon real estate investment and prices,and that the impact of money supply upon real estate market is much apparent than interest rate policy.Impact time lag of money supply upon real estate market is two seasons.
