述情障碍研究的发展动态

Developmental trends of study on alexithymia

目的:简要回顾述情障碍的界定及研究内容基础上,重点介绍了最近几年述情障碍研究的新动态。以期给述情障碍研究者提供一种全面的框架,从而更好的把握述情障碍的本质。资料来源:应用网络www.google.com,proquest.umi.com和中国知网期刊文献检索2004-12之前关于述情障碍研究方面的相关文献,检索词:述情障碍(alexithymia)。资料选择:选择述情障碍概述以及与情绪性研究加工研究、脑成像研究、神经生物学研究、心理生理学研究、依恋研究、与抑郁症的关系、抑制性应对等方面的相关文献共114篇。资料提炼:在114篇文献中,内容呈不同程度重复的有38篇,给予删除;对76篇文献进行分类整理分析,其中24篇选用为参考文献。资料综合:纵观述情障碍的研究历程,最初研究多见为零散,缺乏系统性,研究方向单一。近几年逐渐转向从多个学科的角度对述情障碍的本质更进一步的揭示。主要有:述情障碍和情绪性加工关系研究;神经元活动与述情障碍的关系研究;述情障碍的神经生物学研究;述情障碍与心理生理学研究;述情障碍与依恋研究;述情障碍与抑郁症研究;述情障碍与抑制性应对研究等。结论:对述情障碍的研究不仅要联系单一学科,更需要综合各学科各层次的探讨,特别需要围绕述情障碍与生理、心理疾病这个领域开展。

OBJECTIVE： Based on the brief review of the definition and research contents of alexithymia, this paper emphatically, inroduces the new trends of the study on alexithymia in recent years, so as to provide a overall framework for the researchers of alexithymia to better grasp the its essences DATA SOURCES： Documents concerming alexithymia before December 2004 were searched in www.google.com, proquest.umi.com and China National Knowledge Infrastructure before 2004 with the keyword of alexithymia STUDY SELECTION：Totally 114 documents concerning the introduction of alexithymia,and its correlations with emotional processing,brain imaging,neurobiology.psychophysiology.attachment,relation with depression and repressive coping style were collected.DATA EXTRACTION：Among the 114 documents,38 were deleted because of more or less repetition.the rest 76 were classified and sorted for summarization,and 24 of them served as references.DATA SYNTHESIS：During the study process of alexithymia,most of the initial studies were scattered unsystematic and single.It gradually turned out to the further indication of the essence of alexithymia from multiple subjects. mainly including studies about emotional processing.brain imaging,neurobiology,psychophysiology,attachment,and the investigation about the relationship between alexithymia and depression,and repressive coping style.CONCLUSION：The study on alexithymia sbould not only be commected with single subject,but also be investigated in integration with other subjects and fields,purticularly in the fields of psychological and physiological disease.
