摘要
目的:探讨运动对红细胞免疫功能可能产生的影响,并分析这些影响与人类的性别、遗传因素、地域因素及年龄等多种相关因素的关系。资料来源:应用计算机检索PubMed1985/2004期间与红细胞免疫和运动相关的文章,检索词“redbloodcellImmunity,sportsexercise”,并限定语言种类为English;检索万方数据库1992/2004相关文章,检索词“红细胞免疫,运动”,限定语言种类为中文。资料选择:对资料进行初审,纳入研究红细胞免疫的影响因素及运动对红细胞免疫作用的文章,无论有无对照组、是基础研究还是临床实验,排除综述类文献,文献重复则选择发表在近5年内或刊登在权威杂志者。资料提炼:共检索到28篇文献,中文文献15篇,英文文献13篇,排除综述和重复文献,纳入18篇文献,其中5篇探讨影响红细胞免疫功能的因素,13篇研究运动与红细胞免疫的关系。资料综合:年龄与性别因素、遗传因素和地域因素均能影响红细胞免疫,各种相关因素是通过影响红细胞发挥免疫功能的过程或改变红细胞免疫物质基础或调节因子来影响红细胞的免疫功能。运动对红细胞免疫功能的影响,不同报道的结果不同,但大多数研究认为一定负荷的运动可以促进红细胞免疫的黏附功能,特别是强度中等、频度适宜的运动(5次/周,45min/次)的影响最为明显。结论:红细胞免疫功能受多种因素影响,适度运动能增强红细胞免疫的黏附功能。
OBJECTIVE: There are a large amount of substances in red blood cells,which are closely related to immunity, composing their own system. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the influence of exercise on the immunity of red blood cells.DATA SOURCES: A computer-based search of PubMed English literature published from 1985 to 2004 was performed using the keywords “red blood cell immunity, sports exercise”. Relevant articles of Wanfang database from 1992 to 2004 were searched using the above-mentioned keywords in Chinese.STUDY SELECTION: After the first trial, articles related to the influencing factors of immunity of red blood cells and the role of exercise were involved whatever they are with or without control group, basic study or clinical study. Reviews and repetitive literature published in the last 5 years or published in an authoritative journal were excluded.DATA EXTRACTION: Totally 28 articles were searched, including 15 in Chinese and 13 in English. After exclusion of reviews and repetitive literature, there were 18 articles involved in the study, 15 related to the influencing factors of the immunity of red blood cells, and 13 related to the exercise and the immunity of red blood cells.DATA SYNTHESIS: Age, sex, genetic factors and residential area played a role in the immunity of red blood cell through influencing the immunological process of red blood eells, changing the immunological substances of red blood cells, or regulating the factors of red blood cells. There are some different reports about the influence of sports exercise on the immunity of red blood cells; however, most of them identified that sports exercise under a certain load could accelerate the immunological adhesion of red blood cells, particularly the exercise with moderate intensity and proper frequency (45 minutes once, 5 times per week).CONCLUSION: lmmunity of red blood cells is affected by many factors,and temperate exercise can enhance the immunological adhesion of red blood cells.
