大鼠种植性肝癌组织端粒酶活性的变化 被引量:2

Changes of telomerase activity in rats with implanted liver cancer

摘要 目的:检测大鼠种植性肝癌模型中各种不同组织的端粒酶活性水平,并探讨端粒酶在恶性肿瘤生长过程中的作用。方法:建模成功后第4、6、8天应用TRAPELISA法对18例Walker256荷瘤大鼠的肿瘤组织及其对应的癌旁组织和正常肝组织的端粒酶活性进行检测。结果:建模后第4、6、8天18例肿瘤组织中端粒酶活性依次为(0.767±0.117)、(0.768±0.118)、(0.774±0.111),癌旁组织端粒酶活性依次为(0.389±0.263)、(0.492±0.253)、(0.584±0.239),正常肝组织端粒酶活性依次为(0.231±0.022)、(0.229±0.022)、(0.233±0.021)。各时间点肿瘤组织中端粒酶活性均明显高于癌旁组织及正常肝组织(P<0.05);不同生长时间肿瘤组织中的端粒酶活性无显著差异;随着肿瘤的生长,癌旁组织的端粒酶活性显著增高(第4天与第8天组间比较,P<0.05)。结论:荷瘤大鼠Walker256瘤组织中端粒酶活性明显高于正常肝组织与癌旁组织,端粒酶活性水平是灵敏的恶性肿瘤标记物,癌旁组织中端粒酶的活化可能是促进肿瘤生长的一个重要因素。
