Struts, one project of Jakarta, is a Web application framework based on JSP and Java Servlet. Struts is developed from Model View Controller（MVC） design pattern. Document library consists of all systems, procedure, template, instructor, training material, and some best practice of project. Web implementation provides an easy way for users to use and maintain it. Describes an online system of assets library of process implemented by using Struts. The system is characterized by high - degree module , clear skeleton, easy to extension and maintenance.
