摘要
酒店内部人事培训以及对外人才招聘是酒店人事管理的重要工作。论文构建了酒店人事培训和招聘管理的投资效用函数,并进行了相关的博弈分析,求出了纳什均衡解,为酒店适应人才市场竞争、制定正确的人才投资策略提供了一种可行的方法。
The personae training and recruiting are two important human resource managements for hotels. In this paper, an investment utility function about the hotel personae training and recruiting has been constructed. Some game analysis has been done and Nash solution has been got with this utility function. A feasible method for hotels to adapt the human resource marketing competition and shape a human resource investment strategy has been provided by the conclusion of this paper.
