摘要
应用骨定量超声法测定了809名正常体健者的右侧跟骨宽带超声衰减(BUA)和超声声速(SOS).结果表明:男女性跟骨峰值出现在30～39岁年龄组,二者均随增龄参数值缓慢下降,但女性从50岁开始各参数值加速下降,持续约25年.骨质疏松症发生率与超声骨参数值下降速率一致,跟骨BUA和SOS值随年龄增长而逐年下降,女性从50岁以后下降趋势更明显,女性OP发生率高于男性.
Utrasound parameters were measured in right calcaneus of 809 subjects（age 21～78 years）, including ultrasound attenuation（BUA） and speed of sound（SOS）. Mean bone peak was observed in the 30 ～ 39 years group. Parameters were sharply decreased for females after 50 years of age but those in males were progressive and slow. BUA and SOS of the calcaneus gradually reduce with increasing age. The prevalence rates of osteoporosis in females are higher than in males.
