On Unit System with Guidance Program Teaching Speculation in Arts Educalion

单元制教学模式是把美术课分成几个大块,即单元,每个单元解决一个大的问题的教学模式。导师制是充分发挥教师主导作用的个性化教育模式。导师的任务是帮助学生提高理论水平与鉴赏能力,在实践上掌握正确的观察与思维方法,在创作上发挥学生的创造潜能,引导和培养学生的创新意识,提高学生的综合素质。

The unit system teaching mode is to be divided into a few big pieces of the art lessons, namely unit.Each unit resolves a big problem. The course guidance program is a kind of characteristic education, putting emphasis on teacher＇s leading role. The tutor＇s mission is helping the student to improve themselves＇ theory level and appriciating abilioy, and control the rightobserve way and the thinking method, and, develop students＇ creatire potential, and last, improre students＇ comprehensive character.
