国产封堵器治疗先天性心脏病的临床评价

The clinicl efficiency comparison of congenital heart diseases occlusion with the homemade occluder

目的:评价国产封堵器治疗先天性心脏病的效果.方法:8例先天性心脏病患者(继发房间隔缺损(ASD)2例,动脉导管未闭(PDA)4例,室间隔膜部缺损(VSD)2例),男3例,女5例,年龄8～30岁,对8例患者使用国产封堵器(北京华医圣杰科技有限公司制造)介入治疗,观察患者临床疗效,手术操作难易程度及并发症等情况.结果:患者介入封堵术技术成功率100%,手术操作简便,并发症少.结论:国产封堵器效果可靠、成功率高、安全、适应面广,且价格较低,从成本效益考虑,国产封堵器在临床应用上有一定优势.

Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficiency of congenital heart diseases occlusion with homemade occluder. Methods：Eight patients with congenital heart diseases（2 ASD,4 PDA,2 VSD） ,3 males and 5 females, aged from 8 to 30 years, to occlude the congenital heart diseases with homemade occluder, to observe the patients underwent transcatheter closure of congenital heart diseases with homemade occluder. Results： The congenital heart diseases were occluded successfully with homemade occluder, the homemade occluder is implanted easily and stably, and it has few serious complications. Conclusion：The study shows that the homemade occluder is safe, efficient and feasible. And from economical point of view, the price of homemade occluder is lower than that of foreignmade occluder.
