微波治疗仪对妇科手术后患者机体恢复的影响

目的:探讨微波照射腹部刀口对患者术后肠道膀胱功能恢复以及刀口愈合的影响。方法:将120例妇科腹部手术患者随机分成观察组和对照组。均观察两组患者术后第一次肛门排气时间、排尿情况、刀口愈合情况。结果:观察组肛门排气时间平均提早12h,术后排尿通畅明显优于对照组;两组刀口愈合情况比较,观察组刀口甲级愈合率为100%。结论:应用妇科微波治疗仪照射腹部刀口,使患者提早肛门排气时间,预防尿潴留,提高手术切口甲级愈合率,有利于机体早日康复。
