摘要
研究从柿竹园浮钨尾矿中回收萤石的磁-浮选矿新工艺,采用磁选对浮钨尾矿进行磁性分组,非磁产物进行萤石浮选。结果表明,用新工艺处理含CaF222.89%的浮钨尾矿,获得萤石精矿含CaF297.84%,SiO20.95%,CaF2回收率69.97%,同时综合了回收黑钨矿和石榴子石。
The novel technology of magnetic-floatation combined process for fluorite recovery from flotation tailings of wolframite at Shizhuyuan Corp. is investigated. The tailings are firstly treated by magnetic separation, and then the fluorite is recovered by flotation from non-magnetic part. The results show that the fluorite concentrate with the grade of CaF2 97.84 %, SiO2 0.95 % and recovery of 69.97 % is obtained from the flotation tailings of wolframite with grade of CaF2 22.89 0,6 by the new technology, and the wolframite and garnet are comprehensively recovered from the magnetic part simultaneously.
