摘要
采用普通钢球作为对比,研究磨矿过程中以铸铁段为细磨介质的破碎效果。结果表明,铸铁段的磨碎能力与钢球组相当,磨矿产品都符合罗逊-莱蒙勒尔粒度特性分布曲线,且服从y=100exp(-bxn)指数分布。在相同的磨矿细度条件下,铸铁段比钢球的磨机生产能力增加8.6%,过粉碎轻3.96个百分点,合格粒级增加3.99个百分点。铸铁段可以取代钢球成为细磨作业的新型介质。
Comminuting effect in grinding process by using cast iron segment as fine grinding media is studied with comparison to steel ball. The results show that the grinding efficiency of cast iron segment is equal to the steel ball. The grinding products with both media conform to Robin-Rammler's size characteristic curve and distribute in function of y = 100exp( - bx^n). Comparing to steel ball, the milling capacity with cast iron segment is increased by 8.6, the overcomminuting rate is decreased by 9.96 and the qualified rate is increased 3.99 in percentage, respectively in case of same grinding fineness retained. Therefore, the cast iron segment can be used as novel fine grinding medium for grinding process substituting for steel ball.
