摘要
用插层法制备了聚酰亚胺/二硫化钼插层复合材料(PI/MoS2),采用X射线衍射仪、红外光谱仪以及扫描电子显微镜等对材料的结构进行表征,采用四球长磨摩擦磨损试验机考察了聚酰亚胺/二硫化钼插层复合材料作为润滑脂添加剂的摩擦磨损行为.结果表明,所合成的PI/MoS2插层复合材料作为锂基脂添加剂对钢-钢摩擦副表现出良好的减摩抗磨作用.这主要是由于在摩擦过程中钢球表面形成了由FeSO4、MoO3及Fe的氧化物等组成的边界润滑及防护薄膜所致.
Polyimide (PI)/Molybdenum disulfide (MoSe) intercalation composite was prepared way of polymerization of the intercalated monomers. The resulting composite was characterized by means of powder X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and scanning electron microscopy, using raw material MoSz as a reference. The effect of the PI/MoSz intercalation composite as an additive on the tribological properties of commercial lithium grease was examined using a four-ball machine. The worn steel surface was analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. As the results, the PI/MoSz intercalation composite as the additive in lithium grease at proper concentrations was effective in improving the antiwear and friction-reducing behavior of the lithium grease. This was attributed to the formation of a surface protective film composed of FeSO4, MoO3 and iron oxides on the worn steel surface.
