农民工“自救式犯罪”是指当农民工的生存、发展受到威胁或合法权益遭受侵害时,他们以犯罪的手段来维护自己的权利和权益而产生的犯罪。法律使用成本过高、立法不完善、执法不严、监督不力是导致农民工“自救式犯罪”的根本原因,法律意识淡薄是导致这种犯罪发生的主观原因。只有不断健全民主、完善立法、加大执法力度、增加救济渠道,才能根本上预防和减少农民工“自救式犯罪”的发生。

And to reduce and prevent such crime phenomenon, we should perfect the democracysystem and the system of legislation, to strengthen law＇s enforcement and widen the relief means and ways as to it.
