摘要
供应链协同的内在动因分析和协同规模的确定是供应链战略协同的重要组成部分。供应链协同的外在动因主要是为了应对竞争加剧和环境动态性强化的局面;其内在动因则多种多样,本文从组织结构、价值链、竞争优势和企业文化等方面详细分析了供应链协同的内在原因,并运用超组织理论,通过对买方、承运人、卖方和分销渠道的利润曲线的探讨,从博弈的观点分析了三种不同收益结构下的战略协同的规模,以求为企业的供应链管理提供参考。
The analysis of internal incentive and coordinating scale is of high importance in supply chain coordination. The external incentive of supply chain coordinating is to help enterprises face intensive competition and the irregular changes of environment,however,the internal incentives are versatile. This paper analyses the internal incentive in supply chain from such angles as organizational structure, value chains,competitive prevalence, and enterprise culture. Then, making use of super organization theory and game theory,it analyses the profit curves of purchasers,suppliers,carriers and marketing channels. On basis of the analysis above, the paper put forward the strategic coordinating scales under three different income structures. The conclusions of this paper is to provide reference for supply chain management.
