摘要
通过对叔丁胺与环氧物摩尔比、反应温度和反应时间的考察,确定了合成GTS高空间位阻胺脱硫剂的最佳工艺条件为:反应物摩尔比1:0.3~2.5,反应温度45~55℃,反应时间0.8~1.8 h;在N-甲基二乙醇胺(MEDA)用量不变情况下,改变GTS用量,选择最佳GTS与MDEA配比,制备GTS-98脱硫剂。评定了GTS-98脱硫剂的脱硫效果,包括在不同酸性原料气中的脱硫效果并与其他品种脱硫剂脱硫效果比较。结果表明,酸性原料气中H_2S含量在一定范围内变化,GTS -98脱硫剂都能达到较好的脱硫效果,H_2S吸收率均在88%以上,GTS-98脱硫剂与YXZ-93脱硫剂相比,对H_2S吸收率而言,两者基本相同,对H_2S选择性而言,则GTS-98脱硫剂明显高于YSZ- 93脱硫剂。
The effects of reaction conditions including molar ratio of tertiary amine to epoxide, reaction temperature and reaction time on the reaction were examined and the optimum conditions for synthesizing sterically hindered amine as GTS desulfurizer were obtained as follows : the molar ratio of reactants 1:0.3 - 2.5, reaction temperature of 45 - 55℃, reaction time 0.8 - 1.8 h. When keeping the amount of N - methyl diethanol amine unchanged, the optimum component ratio was selected by changing the dosage of GTS. The desulfurizing effect of GTS - 98 was evaluated in different acidic gases as raw material and was compared with other kinds of desulfurizers. The result showed that GTS- 98 desulfurizer had good desulfurizing effect when the content of H2S in acidic gas varied in certain range. GTS- 98 desulfurizer had the same effect in adsorption of H2S as YXZ - 93, while had better effect than YXZ- 93 desulfurizer in H2S selectivity.
