摘要
综述了用3种不同溶剂通过萃取蒸馏方法生产丁二烯产品的工艺流程及工艺特点,其中包括乙腈(ACN)法、二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)法和N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)法；并介绍了UOP和BASF公司共同开发的炔烃选择加氢(KLP)与丁二烯抽提蒸馏联合工艺及一种抽提工艺改进技术,即分壁式技术。详细介绍了国内外丁二烯主要生产公司及生产能力,分析了西欧、美国、日本及国内丁二烯消费领域、用量及市场前景,提出发展我国丁二烯生产的建议。
The processes and technical characteristics of producing butadiene using three different kinds of solvents by extractive distillation were reviewed in which solvents were acetonitrile, N, N′- dimethylformamide, methyl pyrrolidinone. The integrated process to extract butadiene developed by UOP and BASF, and divided - wall technology were described. The main manufacturers and their capacities to produce butadiene at home and abroad were presented. The consumption fields, consumption level and future markets of butadiene were analyzed and the suggestions to produce butadiene were given.
