摘要 目的探讨聘用护士的职业态度并采取相应对策。方法采用自制问卷对96名聘用护士的职业态度进行调查。结果聘用护士的职业态度评分偏低,为(2.20±0.97)分,其中情感态度较差,为(1.21±0.91)分;行为倾向不太理想,为(2.06±0.96)分;认知态度较好,为(3.34±0.60)分。主要原因是福利待遇过低、受歧视、人际关系处理不良等。结论护理管理者应采取有效措施,提高聘用护士的工作满意度,及时纠正其不良职业态度。 Objective To determine the employed nurses' level of professional attitude and explore the countermeasures. Method 96 employed nurses were investigated using the self- designed questionnaire. Results The score of employed nurses' professional attitude was relatively low, the average score was (2.20±0.97). Among them, the emotional attitude ( 1.21 ± 0.91 ) was poor and the behavior tendency (2.06 ± 0.96 ) was unfavorable. While, the score of cognitive attitude was high ( 3.34 ±0.60). The main reasons were related to poor welfare, being discriminated and unfavorable interpersonal relationships, and so on. Conclusion Nursing administrators should take effective measures to raise the nurses' job satisfaction and correct their unhealthy professional attitude in time.
