对护士服饰分色管理的调查与分析

Investigation and analysis of nurses' and patients' attitude on the management of color identification in nurse uniform

目的实施护士服饰分色管理,便于管理人员进行督促、检查工作,使病人便于识别与联系,同时体现护士服饰的价值。方法就服饰分色管理分别对护士、病人进行问卷调查,并对其结果进行分析。结果绝大多数护士和病人对护士服饰分色管理表示认同。结论护士服饰分色管理是实施现代化医院管理的一种新思路、新举措,具有一定的实用性,是护士服饰文化的升华。

Objectives The management of color identification in nurse uniform is a practical model. The new model makes it easy for the manager to supervise and inspect nurses＇ works and for patients to identify and contact with the nurses in different departments.Meanwhile,it can embody the value of nurse uniform. Method The structured questionnaire was used to investigate in nurses and patients respectively and the data were analyzed. Result The majority of nurses and patients showed agreement with the new nurse uniform. Conclusions The management of color identification in nurse uniform is a new thought and act to actualize the management of modem hospital ,which bearing the practicability and sublimation of the culture of nurse uniform.
