临床科室开展护理科研的实践与体会

The practice and experience of carrying out nursing research in clinical departments

目的探讨切实有效的临床科室开展护理科研的方法。方法成立科研指导小组,制订科研工作目标,落实科研方法。结果激发了护理人员的创新意识和科研积极性,论文数量、质量逐年上升,2004年发表论文总数是2001年的6倍,申报省卫生厅课题2项,人人参与科研。结论科室开展护理科研可以提升护理质量,提高护士科研意识和科研水平。

Objective To explore feasible and effective measures for clinical departments to carry out nursing research. Method Set up the scientific research guide team and established the objectives of scientific research to carry out scientific research. Results This practice inspired the nurses＇ innovation thought and enthusiasm of scientific research. As a result,both the quantity and quality of published papers raised year by year. The total number of published papers in 2004 was 6 times of that in 2001 ,and 2 research projects were applied for the research project of Department of Health of Jiangxi Province. And all the nurses participated in nursing research actively. Conclusions Carrying out nursing research in the department could improve the quality of nursing and nurses＇ consciousness and level of scientific research.
