摘要
随着生活水平的提高,人们的精神需要更为丰富,病人对美感的需求也更高,护理人员的美学素质成为现代人力资源价值取向的基本准则和核心,分析临床实践对护理人员美学素质的要求,通过各种途径对护理人员美学素质进行培养和强化,使护理服务质量显著提高,病人满意率达到98.17%。
Along with the improvement of people＇ s living standard,their spirit demands for anesthesia has became more and more. As a result,nurses’ anesthetic quality has been one of the basic criteria and focus in the value tropism in modern human resource. This article analyzed the requirements of nurses＇ anesthetic quality in clinical nursing practice and introduced the measure of cultivation and intensifying nurses＇s anesthetic quality by various means,which improved the quality of nursing service significantly and the paitients＇ satisfaction raised to 98.17%.
