为了保证护理信息及时有效地传递与互通,建立信息本,并对信息本的内容、应用、管理等提出具体要求。信息本的使用保证了信息快速传递,便于追溯,重要信息有据可查,保证了管理的有效性。使信息本成为传递信息的桥梁,沟通感情的纽带。

In order to ensure the message to be transmitted and informed each other timely and effectively,we designed the Information Exchange Book and regulated the detailed rules of the contents, application and management. The use of Information Exchange Book guaranteed the fast transmission of the message, provided evidence for important information, and ensured the effectiveness of nursing management, which became a bridge of information transmission and affection communication.
