心理干预在“硝火”烧伤患者中的应用

Applying psychological intervention to patients with flash burn

目的:探讨“硝火”烧伤患者的心理因素及护理对策。方法:分析46例“硝火”烧伤患者的心理因素,给予及时合理的个体化心理护理,评价护理效果。结果:46例“硝火”烧伤患者经过心理护理等取得了比较满意的效果。结论:对“硝火”烧伤患者进行心理干预,对于消除心理障碍、避免和克服机体缺陷,使患者早目康复十分重要。

Objective To explore the psychological characteristics in patients with flash bum and the nursing countermeasures.Methods Based on the psychological analysis of 46 patients with flash burn, individual psychological interventions were given timely and reasonably, the effect of the psychological nursing was assessed. Results With psychological nursing and better education, 46 patients regained more healthy and satisfactory life, Conclusion Psychological care of the patients with the flash bum is great significance in elininating psychic obstacle and overcoming their defects.
