摘要
该文给出一种用于测量枪炮膛壁温度的表面温度传感器,介绍其结构和工作机理.利用热传导理论建立数学模型、用有限差分法刘几种典型情况进行了数值计算.给出动态响应特性的一些仿真结果。对专门设计的表面温度传感器,用脉冲激光加热方法进行了实验研究,给出初步的实验结果,这些结果与数值计算结果相符合。研究结果为这类表面温度传感器的设计和使用提供理论依据。
This paper presents a kind of surface temperature sensors for measuring temperature on inner surface of gun-barrel. Construction and principles of the sensors are introduced. The mathem atical model has been established on the base of heat conduction. The dynamic response characteristics of the sensors are studied. Numerical solutions of typical problems are evaluated by using finite differential method. Some simulative results of dynamic response characteristics are given. Experimental research of a principle model of surface temperature sensors designed specially is done with heating method by a pulse laser. Prelim inary experimental results are given and they are identical with those of numerical evaluation. All the results presented by this paper provide the basis for design and use of this kind of sensors.
