摘要
文章针对我国专利与发明机制中存在的问题 ,从项目及投资机制 ,研究与发展机制 ,权益保护机制 ,系统支持机制等几方面论述了应如何完善专利保护机制。
Aimed at the existed problems in patent and invention mechanism, this article discusses how to belier the patent protection mechanism from the follow ing aspects： project and invest mechanism, research and development mechanism, rights and interests mechanism, andsystem support mechanism.
