高中羽毛球选项课运用“赏识教育”的实验研究

摘要 主要采用文献法、问卷法、实验法、统计法,对103名高中羽毛球选项课男生就体能、技能、兴趣等方面进行实验。结果表明,在羽毛球选项课中有计划地被实施“赏识教育”的学生在身体机制、专项技术和体育审美上明显优于未被实施“赏识教育”的学生。“赏识教育”能激发学生学习羽毛球的兴趣,从而促进学生学习成绩和健身能力的提高。并提出建议。 By the methods of literature study, questionnaire, experiment and statistics, an experiment was made on the physical fitness, skills and interest of 103 male high school students in optional badminton lessons. The result shows the students who have received “appreciation education” are obviously better than those who have not received “appreciation education” in terms of physique,specific skills and sport aesthetic judgement. “Appreciation education” may arouse the interest of students in learning badminton and improve their study results and exercise ability.
