胸骨抬举术矫治小儿漏斗胸的护理体会

Nursing experience of funnel chest in child was treated by hanging up sternum with stainless steel strut.

目的：探讨小儿先天性漏斗胸行胸骨抬举钢板固定矫治术的临床护理经验。方法：对我院2003年1月～2004年12月收治小儿先天性漏斗胸134例进行回顾性总结。结果：术后均痊愈出院,无1例出现肺不张、纵膈感染及反常呼吸等并发症。所有患儿经术后半年～2年随访,均有一个外观满意的胸廓,心肺功能较术前有明显改善。结论：充分术前准备,术后密切观察生命体征,保持引流通畅,合理止痛,以及正确的康复锻炼是保证手术成功,取得满意疗效的关键。

Objective： To probe into the nursing experience in children with funnel chest was treated by hanging up sternum with stainless steel strut. Metheds： 134 cases of children with funnel chest was treated by hanging up sternum with stainless steel strut from Jan. 2003 to Dec. 2004 were analysed retrospectively. Results：All children were cured and no complications happened, including pulmonary atelectasis, infection of mediastinum, paradoxical breathing, and so on. The follow-up period was from half to 2 years after the operation, and all the patients recoverd with good cosmetic appearance and the cardiopulmonary function had been improved. Conclusion：These results shows that the successful operation and satisfied effect was sufficient preoperative preparation, careful postoperative monitoring and the appropriated rehabilitation exercise.
