木槟硝黄散及其不同组合对家兔离体肠管作用的试验研究

Experimental research on the effects of Mu-bing-xiao-huang powder on isolated duodenum in rabbit

将木槟硝黄散组合成15组,采用离体肠管实验法,将家兔离体肠管置于38～38.5℃的通气台氏溶液的麦氏浴管中,向麦氏浴管中逐次加入不同组合的药物,采用DC-100离体器官分析仪自动描记肠管紧张度变化,观察其各组合药物对家兔离体肠管的蠕动性能的影响,并探讨其作用机理。结果表明,15个组合对离体肠管的收缩幅度均有不同程度的增强作用,其中木槟硝黄组的增强作用最明显,其波幅增长最高(95%)。

15 different combinations composed of 4 Chinese berbs（Radix Aucklandine,Semen Arecae,Natrii Sulphas and Radix et Rhizoma Rbei）were prepared into the decoetions.With the graphical method of isolated duodenum in rabbit,the effects and mechanisms of them to the peristaltic function of isolated duodenum were observed,and the-results-showed the the peristaltic amplitudes of isolated duodenum caused by 15 combinations of Chinese herbs increase differently,especially the 4-herb-combination has the most significant effect,and its peristaltic amplitudes increase up to the highest level（95%）.
