摘要
针对江苏射阳港发电有限责任公司2台420t/h燃煤汽包锅炉一、二、三次风风速监测装置容易堵塞和磨损问题,对风速测量装置及2套制粉通风测量装置进行了技术改造。介绍了风速在线监测装置系统的构成及监测装置的结构与工作原理,给出了监测装置风速数学模型的建立方法。通过改造总结了新型自清灰防堵塞风速测量装置在420t/h锅炉上的应用效果。
Focusing on the blockage and wear and tear problem of wind spceo measurement device of primary air, secondary air and tertiary air of two sets 420 t/h boilers in Jiangsu Sheyanggang Generation Co., Ltd., the technical reform is carried out for wind speed measurement device and two sets of pulverizing ventilation measurement devices. The constitution of online monitoring equipment system and structure and working principle of monitoring equipment are introduced,and the way of establishing mathematical model of wind speed measurement is given. Through the reform,the application of new wind speed measurement device of automation soot blower and blockage-proof on 420 t/h boiler is summarized.
