厂网分开下电能量计量结算系统建设与运营问题

Problems in the Construction and Operation of Energy Metering and Billing System after Separation of Generation from Grid

厂网分开后,电能量计量系统的建设与运营面临着一些新问题。文中对当前存在的这些问题进行了分析。加强计量系统法制化、规范化管理并以并网调度协议为基础,进一步加强厂网双方的协调配合是确保计量系统结算数据准确性、权威性的前提。

The construction and operation of energy metering system are facing some new problems after the separation of generation from grid. This paper gives its analysis on these existing problems. To strengthen legalized and standardized management of energy metering system and to take synchronizing agreement as basis for better coordination and cooperation between generator and power grid are the preconditions for correctness and authority of billing data given by the metering system.
