摘要
建立了用线性扫描极谱法测定药物中利巴韦林含量的新方法,在HAcNaAc缓冲溶液中(pH=4.8),发现利巴韦林在-2.1V(vsSCE)产生一灵敏的极谱还原峰。该峰峰电流i″p与利巴韦林浓度在5.0×10-6~6.0×10-4mol/L范围内,呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9992,n=9)。经11次平行测定,其相对标准偏差RSD为0.9%,平均回收率为99.45%。
A sensitive method for the determination of ribavirin by linear-sweep polarography was presented. In a buffer solution HAc-NaAc at pH=4.8, a sensitive polarographic wave was observed with its peak potential at -2.1V( vs . SCE),and the 2nd order derivative polarographic peak currentip of ribavirin is proportional to the concentration of ribavirin in the range from 5.0×10^-6mol/L to 6.0×10^-4 mol/L(r = 0.999 2,n =9). The relative standard deviation was 0.9% by performing 11 parallel measurements. The average recovery of ribavirin was 99.45%.
