双乙酸钠合成新方法

摘要 以工业碳酸钠和试剂冰醋酸为原料,水为溶剂一步合成双乙酸钠的新工艺,确定了最佳工艺条件nCH3COOH∶nNa2CO3=6.87∶1;nH2O∶nNa2CO3=12∶1,反应温度70℃,反应时间1.5h,产品收率达96.8%,产品质量达联合国粮农组织和世界卫生组织1994年公布标准。用工业Na2CO3代替试剂Na2CO3,生产成本降低了350元/t。 A new method for preparing sodium diacetate by one step reaction based on acetic acid and industral grade Na2CO3(water is solvent) was studied The optimum conditions were determined as follows: the ratio of acetic acid to sodium carbonate is 6.87:1(molar),the ratio of water to sodium carbonate is 12:1(molar),reaction temperature is 70℃,reaction time is 1.5 h . The yield of the product was 96.8%,the product quality was up to FAO/WHO standard in 1994,It reduces costs 350 yuan RMB/t that industral grade Na2CO3 instead of chemical pure Na2 CP3.
