摘要 目的:建立能同时测定水样中Li+、Na+、NH+4、K+、Ru+、Cs+、Mg2+、Ca2+、Sr2+、Ba2+等10种阳离子的方法。方法:采用离子色谱法,选用IonPacCS12A分离柱,18mmol/L甲烷磺酸为淋洗液,水样经沉淀脱色后,过滤进样分析。结果:能简便、快速、有效地分离检测水样中的10种阳离子。方法的相关性好(r>0.9991),线性范围宽、检出限低,准确度、精密度(RSD%<2.55),样品加标回收率(92.5%~101.8%)。同时对测定的酸碱度、共存非测定离子、相邻离子间等干扰因素进行研究,确保测定的准确性。结论:本法干扰小、灵敏度高、结果准确、操作简便,对多种水样适应性好,适合水中10种阳离子的同时检测分析。 Objective:To establish a new method for quantitative detection of cation in water including Lithium,Sodium,Ammonium, Potassium, Rubidium, Cesium, Magnesium, Calcium, Strontium, Barium. Methods. Iorn chromatography was applied. IonPac CS12A was selected as the seperation column, 18 mmol/L methanesulfonic acid was eluent. After deposited,decolored and filtrated,the samples was injected and analysized. Results:Enable to easily and effectively separate and deteminate ten sorts of cation in water. In this method, good relative (r 〉 0. 9991 ) , broad linearity range, low detection limit, good analytic accuracy and precision were obtained( RSD% 〈 2. 55 ). The average recoveries rates were between 92. 5% and 101.8%. Interferential factors such as acidity & alkalinity,coexist & non- determinating ions and neighbouring ions were also studied to ensure results accuracy. Conclusion:This methond is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate. It has good adaptility to various water samples. It is suitable for Simultaneous determination of ten sorts of cation in water.
