摘要
目的:探讨葡萄酒中11种微量元素的测定方法。方法:以Sc、Ge、Y作内标,采用电感耦合等离子质谱法(ICP-MS)分别测定了不同产地葡萄酒中Mg、Ca、Fe、Mn等11种微量元素的含量。样品用1%硝酸稀释后直接测定。结果:方法的线性范围宽,线性相关系数均>0.999。测定试样中11种元素的相对标准偏差(n=7)均低于5.7%,各元素的加标回收率均在83.5%~104%。结论:方法操作简便、快速、灵敏、准确,不同产地的葡萄酒中均含有较丰富的微量元素。
Objective:To explore the method for determining 11 trace elements in wines. Methods: Wines were diluted 1:10 with 1% HNO3 and analyzed for 11 trace elements includiog Mg, Ca, Fe and Mn in different producing region wines by using inductively coupled plasma- mass spectrometry (ICP -MS) , elected internal standard including Sc, Ge and Y. Results: He experimental results showed the linear correlative coefficient for all elements are higher than 0. 999. Recoveries of spiked samples were in the range of 83.5% - 104% and precision was fine, RSD was lower than 5. 7%. Conclusion:It indicated that the method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate. All of the wines for the study have plenty of trace elements.
