产单核李斯特菌的研究进展 被引量:34

摘要 产单核李斯特菌属于典型的胞内寄生菌,是一种可引起全世界范围内人畜共患和食源性疾病的致病菌。文章从该菌的生物学特性、毒力因子、与动物性食品污染的关系以及检测等方面的研究进展进行了阐述。
