介绍了中国企业兼并发展的3个阶段,针对中国企业兼并走向市场化与国际化中存在的问题,给出了相应的指导。
This paper introduces the three steps of Chinese enterprises'merger and acquisition, and in the light of the problems existing in the course of that the Chinese enterprises' merger and acquisition is forging ahead towards the marketing and internationalization, puts forward corresponding guidance.
