随着网络技术的飞速发展,信息技术(IT)越来越深入中小企业的核心业务,影响中小企业的策略制定和业务发展。恰当地把握IT外包和处理好IT外包问题,能够使企业在未来的市场竞争中长期保持竞争优势。在分析中小企业信息技术应用特点和IT外包中存在的问题基础上,提出了中小企业IT外包的相关策略。

With the fast development of the Internet technology, IT Outsoureing involves more deeply in the medium and small enterprises＇ core business, which influences the strategy formulation and business development of the medium and small enterprises. Using the IT Outsgureing properly and solving the IT Outsoureing problems well can make the enterprise keep a long-term competitive advantage in the future market competition. This paper analyzes the features of IT application in the medium and small enterprise and the problems existing in IT outsoureing of the medium and small enterprise, and puts forward some relative strategies for IT outsoureing of the medium and small enterprise.
