Research on the Present Situation of and Countermeasures for the Youth Manpower Resources Development in Guangzhou

从广州青年人力资源现状入手,探讨了广州青年人力资源及广州市的人力资源开发现状,指出了广州青年人力资源开发在投资力度、管理体系、网络化建设等方面存在的问题,提出广州青年人力资源开发的目标和开发对策,认为应该在教育、培训、配置、使用、引进、社会保障、投资、政策等方面加强广州青年人力资源的开发。

This paper probes into the present situation and development status of the youth manpower resources in Guangzhou, points out the problems of the development of the youth manpower resources in Guangzhou existing in aspects of the investment power, management system, and network construction, etc., puts forward the targets of and countermeasures for developing the youth manpower resources of Guangzhou, and holds that the development of the youth manpower resources should be carried out in aspects of the education, training, arrangement, employment, introduction,social protection, investment, and policy, etc.
