丽科伟防治肝移植术后巨细胞病毒感染 被引量：1

摘要 本文探讨丽科伟(国产更昔洛韦)预防和治疗肝移植术后巨细胞病毒(cytomegalovirus,CMV)感染的疗效。结果显示,术后3个月或直到出院(死亡),出现CMV-PP65或CMV-DNA阳性率未使用丽科伟预防组高于丽科伟预防组(P<0·05)。两组CMV-PP65或CMV-DNA变化及病情转归、不良反应无显著差异(P>0·05)。故术后使用更昔洛韦可预防肝移植术后CMV感染,对已有CMV感染的患者,使用丽科伟或赛美维其疗效无显著性差异(P>0·05)。
