摘要 基于紧密堆积和颗粒级配理论,研制了一种以工业漂珠为减轻剂、以超细胶凝材料为增强剂的新型低密度、高强度防气窜水泥浆体系。该水泥浆体系已成功应用于蓬莱193油田Ⅰ期工程固井作业,实现了对浅层气的有效封固。文中阐述了所研制水泥浆体系的设计原理,介绍了现场应用情况,并讨论了应用中有待进一步完善的问题。 Based on the close packing and grain composition theory, a new anti-gas channeling lightweight high performance cement slurry system has been developed with industrial drift beads as lightweight additive and superfine gel as strengthening agent. The system was applied successfully in cementing operations in Phase I of PL19-3 oil field development, realizing the effective plugging and sealing of the shallow gas. The paper describes the design principle of the cement slurry system, introduces the field application case, and discusses the issues that should be further improved.
