环型全泪道插管术与顺行泪道插管术的比较

Comparison loop intubation of whole lacrimal passage with unretrograde intubation of lacrimal passage

目的研究环型全泪道插管术与顺行泪道插管术治疗泪道阻塞疾病的临床疗效。方法207例259眼泪道阻塞患者随机分为2组,其中A组94例117眼行环型全泪道插管术,B组113例142眼行顺行泪道插管术,随访拔管后泪道通畅情况。结果术后随访1～9a,A组治愈108眼,治愈率92.3%;B组治愈114眼,治愈率80.3%.2组间差异有显著意义(P=0.006<0.01)。结论环型全泪道插管术疗效明显优于顺行泪道插管术。

Objective To investigate clinical effect of treating the obstruction of lacrimal passage with loop intubation of whole Lacrimal passage and unretrograde intubation of Lacrimal passage. Mothods 207 patients（259 eyes）were divided into 2 groups randomly. 94 patients （117 eyes）in group A were treated with the surgery of loop intubation of whole lacrimal passage; other 113 patients（ 142 eyes） in group B were treated with the surgery of unretrograde intubation of Lacrimal passage; the condition of dacryorrhea after pulling out insertion was followed up. Resuits All patients were followed up from 1 year to 9 years after surgery, 108 eyes were cured and the cured rates was 92. 3% in group A; 114 eyes were cured and the cured rates was 80.3% in group B.Through X^2 analysis, P = 0. 006 〈 0.01. There was very significantly difference between the two groups（ P =0.006 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Loop intubation of whole lacrimal passage is better than unretrograde intubation of lacrimal passage in treating the obstruction of lacrimal passage.
