摘要
目的探讨5氟尿嘧啶对人工晶状体植入术后前膜形成的治疗作用。方法将62例(68眼)白内障术后人工晶状体前膜形成患者随机分为5氟尿嘧啶治疗组(32例35眼)和对照组(30例33眼)。治疗组应用5FU5mg、地塞米松2.5mg球结膜下注射,1次·d-1,疗程2~5d,注射后以生理盐水冲洗结膜囊,复方托品酰胺散瞳。对照组只用地塞米松2.5mg球结膜下注射,其余治疗同治疗组。应用SPSS10.0统计软件统计2组的治疗结果。结果5FU治疗组30例(33眼)前膜消退,有效率达93.8%;对照组24例(25眼)前膜消退,有效率为80.0%,统计学分析2组间有显著性差异(P<0.05);前膜消退时间在5FU治疗组为5.32±2.78d,对照组为6.91±3.02d,统计学分析2组间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论应用5FU结膜下注射可以明显促进晶状体前膜的吸收,但需要严格控制注射剂量。
Objective To explore the curative effect of 5-FU on the fibrinous membrane after intraocular lens implantation, Methods 62 patients (68 eyes) suffering fibrinous membrane after intraocular lens implantation were randomly divided into experimental group (32 cases with 35 eyes) and control group (30 cases with 33 eyes). In experimental group,sub-conjunctive injection with 5-FU (5 rag)and dexamethasone(2.5 mg)was performed once a day and the course of treatment was 2 to 5 days. After each injection, the conjunctival sac was washed with physiological saline, and tropicamide complex was used to achieve mydriasis. In control group, only dexamethasone(2.5mg)was used and the other procedure was the same to that in experimental group. SPSS10.0 software was applied to analyzed the therapeutical effect on the fibrinous membrane in the two groups.Results In experimental group, 30 eases (33 eyes)achieved regression of the fibrinous membrane with the effective power of 93. 8%, statistically signifieantly higher than 80% in control group(P〈0.05) ;The regression time of the fibrinous membrane in experimental group was 5.32 ± 2.78 days, significantly shorter than 6.91 ± 3.02 days in control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Sub-conjunctive injection with 5-FU can obviously facilitate the absorption of the fibrinous membrane, but the injected dose of 5-FU shall be under strict control.
